War on drugs in Latin America through the countercolonial thought of Nego Bispo

Keywords: Abyalense thought, War on drugs, Drug for education

Abstract

This discussion proposes debating the end of the drug war as a way to think about drug education. This reflection, based on the thought of Abyalense, opens the contributions of countercolonial thought quilombola in Abya Yala, based on the concept of confluence of knowledge in the transcendence of a political reality permeated by colonial continuities that perpetuate war on poverty through the war on drugs.
